Seneca Barden uses the information people share to run coaching, classroom access, community features, payment fulfillment, and client support.

Information Collected

Contact and enrollment forms may collect name, email, coaching goals, payment status, and program access details. Classroom and community features store lesson progress, posts, comments, and account activity needed to provide the service.

First-Party Metrics

The site records first-party usage metrics such as page views, broad site area, lesson completions, checkout starts, contact requests, and community actions. Metrics use a random browser session key that is hashed before storage. Raw browser session keys, passwords, reset tokens, card details, and email addresses are not stored in the analytics table.

Retention

Analytics events are automatically pruned after 365 days. Account, purchase, classroom, and community records are retained as needed to provide access, satisfy business records, resolve support issues, and meet legal obligations.

Third Parties

Stripe processes payments. Email delivery providers send transactional messages. Google Search Console may be used by Seneca's Google account to monitor search presence. The site does not depend on third-party advertising pixels for the classroom metrics dashboard.
