About

I don't coach bodies. I coach the whole human.

Eight years ago I was strong, disciplined, and miserable. All the reps, all the macros, all the meditation apps - and I still couldn't hear myself. I started over, this time asking different questions. What is a body for? What does it mean to be well when the machine is running but the pilot's asleep?

What came out of that rebuild is what I now practice with clients. Training is the entry point; the real work is rebuilding your relationship with your body, your breath, your attention, and the life you actually want to live.
